What an amazing cover by Sissel Kyrkjebö & Espen Linds “Where The Lost Ones Go”, by the odd duet of Sarah Brightman & Paul Stanley of ! Don’t miss!

AC/DC – Thunderstruck On Bagpipe!
I guess that a bagpipe performance can’t be cooler OR hotter for that matter 🙂
Music: Ane Brun – The Opening
A great song by Swedish Singer Ane Brun together with Fleshquartet. Another great song from the Swedish Movie “Wallander”
Sorry about the Soundquality on the Youtube-link.
Music: John Newman – Tribute
★★★★☆☆ John Newman – Tribute (2013)
In Sweden we have an artist by the name Amanda Jensen, and I guess if John Newman and Amanda ever meet it will be a “crispy” conversation in terms of voices. Their voices are quite similar with a hoarse sound, and the music is quite similar too.
This new album, called Tribute, is a good one. I really like every song, but there is something missing. Don’t know exactly what. Maybe I could describe it as “singing with feeling for a guy that haven’t experienced so much yet”?
If you haven’t heard it, check it out. I’ll include a track by Amanda Jensen at the bottom of the post.
7 Tracks In 7 Seven Days: Corroded – Time And Again
Time And Again with the Swedish Metal Group – Corroded. Don’t miss this one! Great Swedish Heavy Metal!

7 Tracks In 7 Seven Days: Ryan Star – Back Of Your Car

Upbeat For The Weekend – Calvin Harris, Ayah Marar

John Mayer, feat Katy Perry – Who You Love
7 tracks in 7 days
A great relaxed slow tune by John Mayer, feat Katy Perry – Who You Love.
Haim – If I Could Change Your Mind
WOW! I came across this awesome album two days back, and this MUST be one of the best new releases 2013, with definitely one of the best productions!
Enjoy!

New Music: One New Track For 7 Days ; Adventure Club feat. Yuna – Gold

Music For Weekend Mornings
Recently I’ve started to create Spotify-lists according to the days of the week. This morning I’ve put together some tracks that I think suits perfect for an autumn Saturday morning.
I think most of these tracks would suit perfect as movie soundtracks, with a typical atmosphere in each one of them
I hope you enjoy.
Best wishes for the weekend
Music for Tuesday: Joe Hertz – At Your Touch
If you like Frank Oceans “Strawberry Swing”, then I guess you’ll like this one as well. Awesome track that keep’s getting better for every time.
Great documentary of a Great Group – The Journey Story
If you haven’t seen Journey’s place in best albums of all times – Best Album Of All Times
Great documentary, of a great group. So many aspects of life are handled here; Success, sorrow, love, family, meeting “Kenny”, feeling apart of something and so on. Maybe the best music of all times. Don’t miss out on this one.
Music: One 2 Many – Downtown
An oldie from the 90:s with influences from Bruce Hornsby (don’t miss the piano solo section). The sound quality isn’t the best (guess it’s translated from an LP).
Still a great song!
Music for Thursday – Old School Foo Fighters, End Over End

For all of those who think they can’t
I’ve always loved these type of stories / videos of people who put their fears, struggles and differences away, and just goes for it.
This is absolutely one of those. Truly inspirational!
Music From Breaking Bad, Episode 13 – Steve Perry (former Journey) – Oh Sherrie
In the last episode of Breaking Bad there was music playing in the background for quite some time. Could you figure it out?
For those of you who know Journey, you may also know Steve Perry, the vocalist. The song that were playing was from his solo album “Street Talk (1084) “Oh Sherrie”. Since Journey had a quite huge hit with “Don’t stop believn'”, this could might as well be a new hit due to such great exposure in Breaking Bad.

The Story Of Jonathan
This is a story (as Heroin Diaries by Sixx A.M) that’s 16 minutes and 36 seconds long. It’s a story of a kid, that grew up, and all through life just had one wish, to be loved by his closest.
I guess this story isn’t that strange, and uncommon. Still it is a thoughtful story by W.A.S.P. For all music fans; even if you know the history of Blackie Lawless, he and Nikki Sixx used to play in the same band, “London”. As one of my friends said; this may be the inspiration for Nikki Sixx to share his inner thoughts in Heroin Diaries?
Don’t miss out on this piece of music history. Thank you J for the tip!
If this isn’t entirely staged, it’s entirely awesome – Lenny Kravitz crashes the VOP Choir
Lenny Kravitz overheard some music from The Voice of Praise Choir (First Baptist Church in Lewisville) and desired to crash in.
For all the romantics out there – part 2 – 94 yo Fred’s song, Sweet Lorraine
Today I came across another of those “romantic stories”, and since I recently published another of those stories I thought that I could post this as well.
I hope you enjoy it
Autumn Music – John Mayer, live in Nokia Theatre – Free Fallin’
Here in Stockholm it has been an amazing August day. Blue skies, people everywhere and it almost feels like the summer is still here.
What I enjoy with Sweden, and Swedes is that we almost never miss out on an opportunity to have a great day / evening when the sun is shining.
Back at home I started – as always – to listen to some music, and this awesome track started playing in my speakers. What a great autumn song!
Best wishes for a great “lill-lördag” tomorrow
