    One arm and hand with nothing on the other with a glove type thing and a sleeve pulled up. I could be wrong .

if this is real, it is amazing and that person needs to be on the Today show, tomorrow. And on every other talk show out there. PLUS teach at art schools. The hands look very similar though the glove seems strange? I don’t know.
