Rough day at work?

Monday morning. The weekend has come to an end and you think it’s hard to get up for work. The weekend have been nice and you just can’t find the strength to get things moving.

Maybe you’re working in a warm cozy office where all material things are there and last thing you’ll think about is your safety. The main problem of the day is whether or not the coffee machine or the Xerox is working or not… and still you think it’s hard to bring the smile up.

If that is the case I think that you just need some perspective. One reader of my blog has done this amazing reportage of workers that would be a great inspiration…

Hope you enjoy it!

My home

As I haven’t really introduced myself on this blog I thought that it might be time to show a little bit. So I start off in a safe way… 😉

This is a picture from outside my home in Sundbyberg, 7 km north of Stockholm City. The picture was taken in spring 2011 during an evening when the light was really special. The sky was totally blue with some small clouds hanging like drapes from the sky.

View over Stockholm – Kungsholmen

This is one of my favourite views of Stockholm. Standing at Södermalmsstrand watching towards the city hall and Norrmälarstrand. This picture is from the summer.

One of the most inspirational speeches ever

Drawing from some of the most pivotal points in his life, Steve Jobs, chief executive officer and co-founder of Apple Computer and of Pixar Animation Studios, urged graduates to pursue their dreams and see the opportunities in life’s setbacks — including death itself — at the university’s 114th Commencement on June 12, 2005.
